Oklahoma Superintendent Candidate Jennettie Marshall shares plans to improve education in the state

Jennettie Marshall, a pastor and former corrections officer, said she witnessed what she described as a school-to-prison pipeline in her previous job, which led her to run for the Tulsa Public Schools Board. Now she is campaigning to be the state's newest leader of education.
