New TPS fraud charges trace back to Devin Fletcher investigation, state audit

TULSA, Okla. - Three people are charged with stealing nearly $780,000 from Tulsa Public Schools in an elaborate fraud scheme.

Former TPS Executive Director Chris Hudgins, along with Gayle Gwinup and Thomas McKenna with Allied Engineering Group, are all charged with 27 counts of defrauding a school district, embezzlement and making or receiving kickbacks.
